Contacted the dealership about a vehicle on their lot. They responded promptly and were very competitive with the price. Made a 4 hour trip to the dealership and was not disappointed. The experience was excellent from the moment i parked my car until me leaving the dealership. When I arrived they answer every question without any hesitation. This was my first time having any service at the dealership after recently re-locating to Atlanta. They even took the liberty of locating a nail in my back tire. To sum up the entire experience they went above and beyond.

If paying in cash, the buying process should be much quicker. Also make sure the car (especially a certified car) is truly up to grade.

Service was great but the place was incredibly busy. It took about 30 minutes to check in and get into the shuttle, even though I had an appointment. The staff were all very nice, however. I checked in with the vehicle at the appointment time (10am) and didn't get a call until 2pm with a diagnosis - a compressor needed to be replaced - and was asked if I could leave the vehicle over night because they couldn't get to it until the next morning. I think they need to look at the number of vehicles they set up to handle in a day.
