I called the dealership with the intent to have a bad battery replaced. I was told that I would have to wait until Monday as it was the weekend. I asked the young lady if I could at least purchase the battery so I could install it my self. When I hung up the phone I received a call a short while later from Scott C informing me that if I could get the car there before the service dept. closed I could have the battery replaced. With that opportunity I was impressed that my issues was important enough for a service rep. to call me and resolve my issue. It made me feel special and important. I will always choose Jim Ellis first.

I have a 2016 Jetta Sport. Staff was helpful explained exactly what was going on with my car.

Your services are excellent. I rated you at 9 because the transportation to my work was not offered neither for a distance of 12 miles. Also a courtesy vehicle was not provided. For a charge of repair of more than $ 1300 you should provided me some kind of transportation. It should not cost you more than $ 40, the cost I paid the car rental. In fact I prefer you rent a car for me at @ 40, It would save me a lot of time. Anh Nguyen.

The service staff was friendly and the 10K mile service on my Tiguan was done fully and completely. The downside: after waiting while the service was completed and being told the car was ready, I was then told my car had been tagged incorrectly and hadn't even been started. Had to wait about an hour and a half more for them to do the service. Very apologetic and nice but it was definitely an inconvenience.

was forced to rent a car at $35/day plus insurance of $22/day(after being told there would be a courtesy car). I took the car in on a Tuesday and was told the part i needed(covered under warranty) would arrive in 1-2 business days. Friday afternoon I am told the part is on back-order and that I should come retrieve my car. The thing is, I'm a soux chef and work my longest hours Friday through Sunday. I return the rental car Monday to the tune of $300, all for a part that a) was covered under warranty and b) didn't even get installed. Oh, and this is the SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. Needless to say, I am furious with your establishment right now. This is the second time i've been given the run-around. One year ago I asked for the rear-hatch motors to be replaced as they are faulty and it's under warranty. I left my car there for 4 days (again with a rental when i was told a courtesy car would be provided). Scott (the taller one) lied to me about the part arriving and the work getting done the next day. No part arrived. I pick up my car, disappointed, and ask for the part to be held and installed upon my next oil change. Instead of replacing the part, they "fixed" it. The "fix" lasted two days. Now after trying to get it REPLACED again, i'm on the hook for $300 in rental fees.

Scott was very helpful and took his time to explain the issues. He understood my hesitation of spending quite a sum of money on a apparently very well known issues with the type of engine involved and my disappointment VW does not recognizing it. Scott made the repair done quick so that I could pick it up the next day.
