Jane Rossman was an outstanding rep whose non-aggressive and calming demeanor was greatly appreciated during our stay with VW that day. If it was not for her, I probably would not have bought the car.

I had a burned out bulb in my daytime running lights. Nothing huge but it could have been a pain. Got scheduled quickly, treated very well and was in and out in under an hour. Boom

I used to be a salesman, but I left as I couldn't handle the environment -so I'm very sensitive to sales tactics and motives. The folks I dealt with were clearly seasoned sales people, but I experienced relatively minimal pushiness or power moves. Phil Coleman was my salesman and I like the man. With my particular purchase, it dragged on a bit longer than normal due to me not moving as fast as possible with my loan. This was no fault of the dealership, but I was sensing irritation and was told that the manager was pushing Phil to find another buyer. With some questioning, I found that the dealership is pressured by the cost of interest in keeping a car on the lot. How was I supposed to know that? I had put a down-payment in and figured that both parties weren't in any rush since the sale was inevitable. Anyway, my experience was good and I've brought my car back in for some problems to be dealt with. Hopefully that will go just as well.

I arrived for a 1:00 p.m. appointment a little late, at 1:15, and there was only one staff person available checking customers in for their service. After waiting about 15 minutes, the one person who was assisting said that the person I needed to see was somewhere else on the property. When he did arrive, he was very helpful and expedient. I had gotten spoiled by the attentive services over the past 2 years I've had my car and was a little disappointed in the delay. I didn't know with some of the changes that have been made fairly recently if the delay was a result of those changes, but learning that my "new" staff person has been a long-time employee squashed that thought quickly. I will return and I will recommend.
