Despite the kind interaction with the service mgmt, I am disappointed in the actual work and the result of service - which is the most important part. I will not be returning to your service department, nor will I purchase a VW in the future due to my last service experience. I am done. I was sold a new battery only to have the battery light come on two days later (15 mi later). I shared my similar experience from a year ago with your service advisor where, at a different dealership, they found it was an issue with the fuses. I guess the result was only to be ignored and sold a new battery. They said they tested the alternator, which passed so did they just assume it was a bad battery? Did they actually test to see if the battery was bad? Now I don't trust your department nor do I have the time to waste on going to your service department multiple times in a week. 2002 VW Jetta TDI

The appt was for a warrenty repair - to my knowledge it was made correctly. I needed a headlight bulb replaced as well. My only thing that could have been better was that my apt was set for 3:30 and I waited 15 min.'s. . The actual service was timely but - I then waied 20 min for the car to be ready to leave.
