As a first time car buyer, I was a bit apprehensive but very soon after meeting Paula, my salesperson, that apprehension dissipated. Paula was very patient and helpful. I originally thought I might purchase a 2016 Jetta SE with connectivity but as the day went on I began to consider the 2016 Jetta sport. The 1.8 handled like a dream and I decided it was the vehicle that I wanted to go home with. I compared the offers on both vehicle and compared those to the pre-set price that USAA. Paula was able to present me with an offer that beat USAA's from on of their dealers, so I decided to talk finances. Being someone with a high credit score in my early twenties, I wanted to be sure that I received the best APR for my loan. Lance worked diligently to do just that. Because of the great customer service paired with reasonable prices at Jim Ellis, I didn't need to visit other dealerships who had called with their offers. I left that night with a great car that was sold at a great price. To my surprise, the following day, Lance called me to inform me that he was able to get me an even better rate! I accepted the new rate & agreed to come back in to sign some paperwork. Paula also called to see how I was adjusting to my new car. The staff at Jim Ellis certainly went above and beyond with the entire experience.

I appreciated the well-oiled process for incoming cars for service. I was directed to my dedicated service rep who kept in total touch with me during the service process and even involved in the transaction with the cashier. The service rep was knowledgeable and helpful all the way through.

When I arrived my service guy explained to me it may be a long wait. I appreciate him for informing me up front. The lobby was very comfortable along with coffee, tea and pastries. My wait time was not as long as I expected. My car was washed and vacuumed. Jim Ellis VW is awesome. Staff was very friendly and professional! ��

It would have been higher... I love my Jetta, but I clicked on 2 stars and it said "survey failed to load." When I clicked on 5 it magically worked... Are you kidding me, Volkswagen??? We already know you cheat at a lot of things, try not to make it so obvious. Also, my 2nd year maintenance check that was supposed to be free wasn't. If someone gets an 18K miles a year lease, she will obviously be over 25K after 2 years. Just cover the 2 year maintenance check up and stop being cheap. Lord knows you need to keep your loyal customers after this year's debacle.
