I presented to the dealership to have some recall work performed. I made my appointment online via chat with an employee. When I arrived, someone immediately acknowledged my presence and was escorted into the service area. Mike made sure during check-in that my car only had one recall at the time and had given me an estimate of time that I would be waiting. The service was fast and I also received a courtesy car wash.

I purchased a 2016 Passat. Our salesman, Rafael Mateo was wonderful and did a great job with our various test drives and was very knowledgeable about the various vehicles we drove. It was a great car buying experience and would recommend this salesman and dealership to family and friends!

I was immediately greeted by the service department and felt like I was given a true diagnosis of the problem with my engine.
