Staff was helpful, everything else was grea; save that the trunk insert in my 15 golf is now scratched up due to someone throwing/scraping it on the shop floor I presume. Congrats on fixing the tire, but really not happy about how my car was damaged. If I have to check and mom every part that was touched, I would rather just go to a third party. I hope this does damage my car value.

I had a great experience at Jim Ellis and my salesperson, Brian, was excellent. We didn't look at many cars since the one with everything I wanted (2013 VW Tiguan) was sitting in front of the building but during the entire experience I felt really taken care of. Brian was great about explaining every step and being an advocate while we worked out a deal that made sense for both parties. And he's been more than helpful during the process after purchasing my car. Overall I would recommend Jim Ellis dealerships to anyone I know looking to buy. 2 of the 3 dealerships we went to when purchasing my car were Jim Ellis and I had a positive experience with both.
