Scott Kruel (sp?) is the very best! My A/C went out with these 90+ degree days and I was in a panic wearing suits every day for work. He got me in quickly and was kind enough to supply me with a loaner from the dealership, which helped me out immensely. He did what he said he would do and in a timely manner. He also kept me posted on progress. Scott is a huge asset to Jim Ellis, and is one of the main reasons to return each time. 2013 Volks Touareg.

Mark and Lance were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and they made it a lot of fun. This was my very first car buying experience and we went through it with a breeze. I purchased a 2014 Silverado that they had available in their used inventory. And they even showed me the extra perks and add ons it came with that I didn't notice. Overall, the experience was great. I loved dealing with them and if I ever need another car, I'll definitely check here first when I go shopping.

Oil change for Jetta. I was stuck in traffic for 45 minutes (all lanes closed on I-20). I called to let them know that I might have to reschedule, but Scott told me I could still get my car serviced if I arrived before 2:00 pm. I was an hour late for my appointment, but Scott treated me as if I had arrived on time. He was professional and very attentive. I am always pleased with the staff and the service provided by Jim Ellis. Perfect!

Everything was great! They took care of all the things while I waited in the resting area! Great service!

The overall service is good. But how can they just tell me they can't find my car directly without searching for it one more time? They just said, " We don't have your car.", and that's it! I'm so angry, I have to go out to the parking place to find my car by myself without any help. And it's just parked in a conspicuous place, and the color of my car is light blue. The service after that is good and quick, but just for this part, I think it's not professional at all.
