Scott Croston is the BEST service consultant. I feel like a guest in his home when he provides service. He genuinely cares about my family and our cars. He is the only reasonwhy I come to the dealership to get work done (dealerships in general have a reputation of being a rip-off with their high prices but we never feel that way with Scott).

Although I did not have an appointment I was given service almost immediately. My battery had died, it was an extremely hot day, I was very frustrated and you know how it goes with battery problems...could be the alternator, etc...so I was also very nervous about how much money I would have to spend. I was told to go wait in the nice, cool waiting room until everything was checked out. I was so relieved to have my car in the hands of VW professionals that I almost went to sleep waiting on the prognosis. Finally, Scott Kuehl came to tell me that it was only the battery and while they had my car they went ahead and did my 70,000 mile inspection. I was a very happy camper after that and have confidence that my car is in tip top condition and road worthy for my 4th of July trip to the "city of brotherly love". Thanks guys...Beverly D. Everything went very smoothly. Mark Conley helped me get a replacement key ordered for my 2016 GTI and made sure the handoff to service to schedule the key fob programming was seamless - in my opinion this was delightful customer service. I don't recall the service advisor but he was very helpful and called me immediately when the car was ready for pickup
