I have been to the dealership multiple times with my issue still not taken care of. I have gone in with an issue and coming out with paying for an alignment which I needed but initially came in to have a unusual clack/click sound coming from the front end with steering. I had to put in the leg work and figure out where it was coming from and VW Jim Ellis still is giving me a hard time to get this issue resolved and fixed.

Great service and communication from Tonia! The only concern is the lack of a loaner car for the service. Due to the power outage during the time of my visit, the team was behind schedule and could not complete my battery replacement and oil change the same day. As such, I I had to rent a car, at my own expense, while they were able to get caught up. To be fair, my service was not scheduled, so they were not able to plan for my visit and to make arrangements for a loaner; and she did explain that weekends are difficult for loaner availability.
