I had a dead battery and called Jim Ellis VW of Atlanta, as they have always been prompt and courteous to all our family VW needs. This time was no exception...took me in immediately, solved the problem in addition to a thorough check and car wash! Thanks to Joshua and John for handling this in such a professional manner (as always)!

Scott Crosson is terrific, always is. Also, the waiting area is clean and welcoming. The free and strong wifi allowed me to work remotely very easily while waiting the 2.5 hours for my service to be completed. The coffee machine is great, too!
