Every one there is very nice to me. Very patient too. They guide me through what I need and are upfront with me about things I need for the car or can wait on, which is much appreciated given my limited funds. Great customer service too.

Leo was wonderful. Vey helpful and understanding. And as always, Phil was reassuring and so kind. 2014 Passat.

Good service. Wish they would have shown options on how to maintenance my car instead of a set price with limited information. At times he seemed more concern with the sale than with explaining.

Alex was very professional. He had a very relaxed and informative approach to selling the car. He was responsive to my questions and I left the dealership with a high sense of satisfaction with my new Golf GTI...!

I took my car in to repair a broken door handle and to diagnose and repair a cylinder misfire. I was told that I needed new spark plugs and coils, which I agreed to. I drove my car for about 25-30 miles before the engine started shaking and the check engine light came on. The car is in worse shape than it was when I brought it there. I usually think paying more for the service Jim Ellis provides is worth the added cost, but I was pretty disappointed with this most recent service. Scott Kuehl was very professional, however.

i used the courtesy shuttle while I waited. They dropped me to a location and I called at 3:30 for the shuttle to pick me up. I assume it would meet me a little after 4pm. It's now 5pm and no shuttle in sight. I have called your dealer twice to ask where he was and they said he's coming he is stuck in traffic. Mind you I was only 3.75 miles away. Finally I called an uber and I had to pay to get me back to the dealership. I am 38 weeks pregnant and to make me wait for over an hour is inexcusable. I had no where to sit and standing for that long waiting was extremely painful for my feet and legs. As I left in my uber I finally see the courtesy shuttle arrive with no other passengers but the driver. And I see absolutely no traffic in either direction. He arrived at the dealership 5 mins after I did. There was no remorse from any of the staff and for this reason alone I will never come to jim Ellis again for any work. This is sad considering I bought my car brand new from this dealer. I will never again do business with them again. Shame on jim ellis VW and its staff.
