My car was in for service for over six weeks and it was returned to me without a car wash. There is bird poop on the car, dust on the inside etc. My car is only three months old with less than 2k miles. The least you all could have done was wash the car before returning it to me.

I have a 2010 Routan that has had issues starting since I had it pretty much since 2012. When it was still under cpo I brought it in and your service people couldn't find the issue to fix it. Other than battery and that was not the problem. After the cpo ran out I got the advice to exchange the wiring and had to pay for it. That didn't help either. How is it possible that after all these years nobody is able to figure out what causes the problem while I keep saying it fuel related because I push down the accelerator and it does start after a while but I have to use a trick. When I tell the service people that it falls on deaf mans ears. Furthermore I have been in with an airbag and transmission related code since last week you haven't been able to pencil me in to do the work on it. Do I just sell a VW at a loss?
