We purchased a 2016 Volkswagen Jetta and the overall experience was great. Mr. Mateo was very knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone very helpful. The service was excellent and we would definitely return if we ever needed to purchase another vehicle.

Phil Coleman was the Sales Executive I worked with and has made this the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. We live in Guntersville, AL and I purchased a 2016 VW Tiguan for my daughter and I wanted to surprise her and Phil was attentive to each and every detail. The driver who delivered the car was exceptional as well and arrived exactly on time just as promised!

My check engine light came on in my 2013 Passat Tdi so I drove to the Jim Ellis VW dealer and they were able to get me in right away. I was also able to have my 60K service done at the same time. Scott was my service Tech and he did a great job at keeping me informed along the way and it turned out that a heating element and computer thing had to be replaced, which was the cause for the check engine light. He was very professional and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I have a 2009 Volkswagen Jetta which I purchased from Jim Ellis VW, Atlanta. It has been serviced by them from the beginning. I had a "check engine" warning light come on and called to speak with someone in the service department. One gentleman answered the phone I didn't know, but when I mentioned two other people I'd dealt with in the past he indicated they would continue to help me with this problem. I was told to "just bring it by before 2:00pm that day" in order for them to check what was going on prior to a long trip I had the next week. I arranged to leave work and headed to Jim Ellis. The staff greeted me and checked out the problem, solved it, washed the car and had me out in 2 hours time. This was exactly what you hope can happen from a car dealership. The combination of friendliness of the service personnel, expertise of the mechanics and the readiness to accommodate a busy customer are exceptional. I felt like a valued customer and was enabled to be a "valued and mobile customer" in the process. 2009 Volkswagen Jetta 2.5 liter engine.

I went in to purchase a VW GTI. My sales team was very honest and straight forward with regards to my options of what I was looking at and what my financing options were. I ended leaving with a much better car than I came in with and with a new team of people who were interested in my future business, not just a sale.
