This is the only place I will take my car to be serviced. The service is excellent.

My service experience was very pleasant. Leo, was polite and professional. He kept me updated and informed about the progress of my car. I'll return to keep the service records certified and consistent.

Leo did Great Job taking care of me and my car. Great customer service but young lady near him was not so friendly.

Josh Jamison is awesome. My car was serviced and ready by the time promised. I really appreciate working with a professional, especially in Atlanta, since customer service in this town is almost non-existent. Josh is honest, kind, and he returned my phone call and replied to my email. This type of customer service is a rarity these days. I will definitely consider purchasing my next vehicle from Jim Ellis. Once again, I have had a really positive experience with your organization.

I was ultimately pleased with the service and resolution of the issue with my car after a rocky start that led to 3 different visits. The Service Adviser, Leo was first class interacting with me and I would feel confident working with him again.

Scott Croston was my Service Advisor and he did a fantastic job helping me out and providing me a vehicle to drive while my Jetta was being repaired. His professionalism and the way he handled my problem was great. He informed totally in great detail what needs to be done to get my Jetta back to running properly.
