The staff in your service department was very happy , friendly , courteous to the customers, and very informative . I would recommend everyone to buy VW, and only have your vehicle serviced at Jim Ellis .

All employees were friendly, helpful, and efficient when taking care of my 2014 Jetta SE. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. And the bathroom was clean...thank you for that! I would suggest posting signs that discourage people talking on their cell phones in the waiting area. Or provide a place for people to go talk on their phones. I realize that it is not your fault but there was a lady who talked (loudly) on her phone for about 30 minutes or so but it was very rude/distracting. Other than that, I am thrilled with my purchase of my Volkswagen. It has been a terrific purchase and everyone at Jim Ellis has taken excellent care of me and my car.
