At first I was a little annoyed, as you only had 2 service reps working, and therefore it took quite a while for someone to help me (despite the fact that I was the only one waiting). However, once Rich was able to help, he was very nice, knowledgeable, and quick.

Service was prompt and completed my repairs within the designated time frame. Leo made sure that I didn't have any questions and provided contact info if anything came up after I left the dealership.

Purchased a New 2016 Jetta. Service at the dealership and instructions that followed afterwards were excellent. Requirements were made clear and the process of purchasing the car was very smooth. One small suggestion I would make is that you tell customers how long it will be until you hear from them. There were a couple instances where I needed some questions answered but did not get a response for a few days. Other than that, an excellent job Jim Elli Staff! Special thanks to Jane and Mike for making the process go over smoothly.

Good. Car was done, new tire was installed. I wish that they would've been able to plug it instead of me spening $180 for a new tire.

I purchased a 2016 Jetta and had an excellent experience. Raphael and Daniel went above and beyond to make the process painless and seamless. Buying a car is generally stressfull, but they made it a pleasant experience and we will be going back for our next car purchase. I had to work later into the day and they stayed over an hour past closing to get everything wrapped up for me. Very much appreciated.
