It took two trips to get the job done. The scheduling of the visit was very easy. I was able to come in later that day. I came in Scott was busy so one of the other service writers did the pre maintenance check of my car. It went in and about 4 hours later it was "ready". I paid for the service. I went to start it and there was an ADDITIONAL trouble light on. I brought it in to resolve a check engine light and now I also had a particulate filter light. Scott told me that they could not do any more service to the car until the particulate filter was cleared and to do that the car would have to be driven at 50 MPH for about 20 minutes to regenerate the particulate filter. I took the car home, there was a lot of stop and go traffic. It is 20 miles to the dealer and I was within 3 miles of home when the filter light went out. I brought the car in first thing the next day. More work was done and the check engine light was finally extinguished. There was no charge for this work on the second day. Wires crossed? Sloppy work? Wrong part? This service procedure should have been done in one day, not two.

Used 2010 Jetta Sportwagon. I had seen Brian Bolton's name on a good review, from a link on either cars.com or carguru.com. He was very pleasant, efficient, and I would go to him again. I did have one problem which still does not sit well with me. When I was driving home I noticed the milage was a few thousand more than what was advertised, and was on some of the paperwork.
