Wonderful service as usual

I was running late and made sure to call to let them know. The lady who answered the phone as very polite and understanding and even told me to make sure I took my time getting to the dealership. Everyone from the young man who took my keys to the gentleman at the counter displayed excellent customer service!

Leo was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. He answered every question I had and made it pain free for me. My car came back clean and ran fantastic. I notice a difference in the way it runs. Seems much smoother. I will definitely keep using Jim ellis and Leo.
