The quality of "customer" service I received from Rose Shuck at Jim Ellis VW was far superior to any I have ever experienced at any car dealership ever. Rose epitomizes what real customer focused service is all about. It was an exceptionally great experience. She would be the sole reason I would not only refer, but purchase and service a car at Jim Ellis only. The AC in our 2016 Passat went out July 3 and it was blazing hot. Realizing the next day was a holiday, I knew service depts. would be closed and I could only hope for a cancellation or maybe even a loaner to make it for a day. It was the "how" Rose handled my call that I was most impressed with. Rather than simply dismiss the situation with a "well, we're booked today and closed tomorrow so come back after July 4th",... Rose said "let's see what we can do". Yes, it was late afternoon and you were booked that day and closed the holiday...so it wasn't an ideal situation. That's a no-brainer. However, Rose still made an attempt to help. She offered me to bring the car in, no promises made, and then she was able to put me in a loaner. Problem solved. Not having any more service openings that day was not the real issue. The point is that I still received "service" even though the car was not able to be fixed that day. To my disappointment, I had contacted the original dealership where we normally service. Maybe they could have done a loaner or even offered to contact another dealership for me. (duh.....I didn't even realize I had that option to go with another dealership). I would have been thrilled if they had even mentioned it. Instead they simply left me with no hope and so I resolved to continue to drive a hot car for another day until a relative told me to call another dealership. So happy to have found you! The other place could definitely learn a lesson or two from your dealership. I'm not trying to disparage or belittle the other dealership and only want to give you my experience for comparison. My 2012 VW CC was in need of repair. First and foremost Jermaine, my service advisor, went above and beyond. He provided detailed information regarding my repairs, provided a realistic and accurate timeline of when to expect repairs to be completed, promptly returned my phone calls, and was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Thank you, Jermaine. Your efforts do not go unnoticed. I'd also like to give a shout out to Scott K, service advisor, who assisted me further when I had additional questions after picking my car up. Scott has been my advisor before and, like before, was also professional and courteous. Thank you, too, Scott for your help. And my car runs great. I am very please with the service and will definitely continue to be a part of the JE VW family.

Rose was extremely nice and very accommodating! Really loved her costumer service! However, I'm afraid my window may not still work
