My experience with Jim Ellis VW was so Awesome! I am still talking about my experience there with anyone who will listen. My sales consultant Kenneth Cook was very professional and he understood my needs and what I was looking for in a car. This was the fastest transaction that I have ever encountered buying a vehicle from anywhere! I arrived at the car lot by 12:45 pm and drove away in my 2013 VW Jetta at 3:30 pm. I had an amazing service rep named Leo. Great personality, caring, concerned, and he took great care of me. But I continually try to have my car maintained at the dealership, but the continuing rising cost of car care makes it a financial struggle to get up with dealership repairmen cost. But this time. I did drip into my finances to pay for service repairs . However, my car still seems to be running rough, my wheel was shaking, and they accessed it need struts, but after my car was checked, driving home my whole car was shaking much worse than it had been shaking. Now I am really concerned about my vehicle, but I will have to find a more affordable car repair solution.
