Great service! My Service Agent, Rich, was very friendly, patient and attentive. Everyone from the car attendants to the cashier to the shuttle service drivers were great to interact with and my car drove like a dream after I picked it up, so I'm very satisfied. Thanks!

We have purchased three Volkswagens (2014 VW Golf, 2016 VW Golf, 2016 VW Jetta) at Jim Ellis and have all of our service performed at the dealership. The team at Jim Ellis VW is always helpful - we wouldn't go anywhere else.

bought a 2013 Passat TDI. I had ck eng light could not read with scanner as it was defective obd2. Asked for help was told 1150.00 USD$$$ to fix.I reminded them this is epa 8/80 deal. got results will pick car up tomorrow. A little choppy could not believe no one knew about 8/80 on emmissions related parts and issues. On the good nice loaner nice folks in svc dept.

The finance department was the turn off for us. I absolutely loved our salesman Joe but the finance department ruined all of his good work for us. We fianced through our credit union. We asked the finance department if they had ever dealed with our credit union and they explained they had many times with no problem. 8 days after "buying" the car we get a call stating our credit union had not paid the dealership yet. We called our credit union and they stated they only needed the sales contract to proceed. I called and left two messages with Lance to tell him what needed to be done. Since I had not heard back from him I called the credit union again. I was then informed that Lance did not send the signed sales contract. After many phone calls and emails I finally got it fixed with the help of our salesman Joe.

Phil Coleman is absolutely amazing. He had such knowledge of what he is doing and all of the details about the vehicle in which I purchased. We had a lot of laughs and I felt like I knew him forever. Wonderul friendly staff all around! Thank you so much for my beautiful new car

I have purchased 4 VW's from Jim Ellis. Keep coming back because have loved the cars but more important is the excellent srevice department. For years Lisa Bokenhagen took care of you. She was so hard to lose, but now Scott Croston is taking care of us (my husband & I). Scott has been very helpful in scheduling and feel trustworthy. Both our cars are diesel and we were concerned with all the bad press, but Scott was very reassuring. Since 2001 have been there every 6 months with Ms. Daisy, my yellow diesel beetle, she has never missed a 6 month check up @ Jim Ellis. Miss people when they move on or retire, like the cashier who was there for years. Early years I believe Mr. Ellis had a more hands on approach, more selective in his staff, their appearance, their presentation, etc. Enough of my rambling: to address your helpful hints: The car serviced yesterday was the beetle: rear light bulb and hub cap repairs. Service was excellent, price for little hub cap "unreal", needed to do because Ms. Daisy deserves to always look her best. Was the staff helpful, indeed. I popped in without calling for fear of getting ticket with the rear light out and thankfully Scott was there and worked me right in Hope not to wordy. Do appreciate you all.
