I had fantastic service when I was actually at the dealership; however I was disappointed with the person who scheduled my appointment. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and asked if I would need a ride to work since I planned to leave my car for service. My appointment was a 7:30am. She failed to mention that the first shuttle isn't until 8am. I would have made a later appointment or decided to wait for my service had I known that I would have to wait 30 minutes for a ride. Josh was my service provider and he was very helpful and very nice and made every effort possible to get an earlier shuttle and kept me informed of his progress. I really appreciated Josh's help.

I always enjoy working with Scott C he always goes the extra mile to make sure the vehicle being serviced is operating properly and all issues have been addresses.

Response was slow or nonresponsive. Had to complaint to a manager to have the service advisor call to provide an update to my vehicle that was left at the dealership for 3 business days. Furthermore, every time I walk in, there is a major problem or perceived problem with my vehicle. Don't know if I can trust advisors and also they don't take the time to explain diagnosis and problems. They and probably the dealership only cares to service volume and don't care to treat customers as "family" - contradictory to your advertisement/sales ploy.

I stopped by to get my tdi goodwill credit card and Josh Jamison checked my VIN and was able to make the repair on a recalled item while I waited. I live 3 hours from the dealership so this was a HUGE kindness with me not having to drive back again. On my way to the dealership, my tire pressure alert had come on and so Josh took care of that and washed my car when it was done. All of this was done in about 40 minutes. Kudos!! Josh was very professional and delivered great service quickly. 3 home runs!
