I brought my 2009 Jetta TDI in for the 80,000 service. This is a big service and alone it takes =quite a while to complete. My car also has a tendency to drift to the right so it also need an alignment. They aligned it, test drove it and found that it needed further adjustment. It ended up being over 4 hours. Scott took care of me. The doughnuts are great but you have to be there early or they all go away. Great selection of coffee.

Rich was very helpful. I ended up paying more than I wanted because it turned out to be a bigger issue, but I am getting my insurance to cover the cost, so it all worked out well.
