I purchased a CPO 2013 Passat and the service was excellent. Joe Luna was very helpful throughout the entire process and I have nothing but positive things to say about him. The only downside is that my husband's credit was accessed without his permission. He was not a part of this car purchase at all and he or I never gave verbal or written permission for his credit to be ran. Now he has inquiries from VW Credit on all 3 of his credit reports--Equifax, Experian and Transunion. Bummer.

I purchased a 2016 Golf GTi. The experience overall was good. However there was a long wait for the paperwork processing; when that process final got underway I was presented with additional service/warranty items to purchase. However I had not been informed about these items, which could have been done whilst I was waiting. This was disappointing as I was not able to assess their benefits and so was forced to decline.

Everyone was friendly and extremely polite- from the gentlemen who greeted me and opened my car door to the female at checkout.
