My visit was pretty standard. The shuttle service took me to get food which was nice, however, I was promised a car wash and the agent outside was confused and questioned it.

From the time I arrived everyone from the valet don't be plumber who happened to be doing repairs-everyone was very courteous and helpful.

My experience has always been pleasant and very positive. My consultant, Leo Leyva, goes out of his way to ensure that every item on my Toureg is checked and taken care of, while ensuring that I am comfortable as I wait. He provides updates when necessary and his time-estimates are always on the mark, which means he is very knowledgeable and very attentive. I was also impressed that the engineer/technician, Leo Cabreja (#74305), who worked on my Toureg wrote me a short thank you note that he left on my seat. Overall service at Jim Ellis VW is great!
