This place is a scam . my light bulb was unplugged and this Idiots told me it was my bulb and other stuff but the whole time it wasn't there were trying to get $660 out of me. Never coming here again.

Josh Jamison was helpful and understanding when the issues of my VW required to be repaired and or adjusted. He also provided a rental while my GLI was serviced. Josh also recognized some common issues and ensured it would be repaired.

We purchased a 2013, pre-owned, Kia Soul. Our sales guy, Brian Bolton, was awesome! The process was so easy, and Brian gave us the best deal... from the start; no back and forth haggling. And even though we came in with great financing via our credit union, the finance guy was able to get an even better deal, through our credit union. This is the 2nd vehicle we've purchased through Jim Ellis, and we love the Jim Ellis experience.
