Online booking of service appointments is very convenient, and the staff are prepared, prompt and courteous from start to finish.

It took 3 hours to get my tire changed. I was offended to be repeatedly quizzed as to whether or not I drive my car for work, which I do not. Generally, I think this car is garbage. The paint is chipping. I would not recommend VW to anyone and regret buying the car.

As always, Scott Croston took care of me and my car hassle free and fixed the problem quickly. I Khadijah my 40000 mile check up last week and this problem was unrelated. I just showed up in the service department and was taken care of like they were expecting me. Also Scott called after I left to make sued all was well. Who could ask for more ?

I had an unfortunate event to take place which required me to purchase a new car. Phil a sales representative was so helpful to me. He turned my negative experience to a very positive one. I will surely return in the future.
