I think my problem was fixed and I am grateful. Joshua Jamison needs to be recognized as an outstanding employee. He has been patient and persistent in listening to my concerns and addressing them. He should get a bonus and a raise!

Scott C. accommodated my schedule with an immediate appointment for a recall fix and 10,000 mi. service on my 2015 Volkswagen Passat. I was in and out within my hour and 15 minute time frame and, as always, was very pleased with Jim Ellis's excellent service.
