When I got my car back the low tire pressure light came on, when I stopped to check it the psi was only 35. This is less than when I brought it in. I have low-pro tires that require around 47 psi. I am very lucky I did not get a flat tire on the way home, especially since my tires are $300 each. I would have been very upset if my scheduled maintenance had cost me tires. Today, I went to get my emissions done to renew my tags and it did not pass. Extremely disappointed in the car of my car at Jim Ellis VW. I will drive to a farther location from now on to get my car serviced. I have leased three cars from Jim Ellis VW and had planned on continuing, however, after my recent expereinces with this car, i.e. being lied to about my tire being sold with a patch when the car was new, to this, I regret to say, this will be my last car from Jim Ellis VW. You have lost a loyal VW owner (12 years of VW's) I will never return to the brand and will advice others stay away.
