I purchased a 2008 VW GTI from Mark. The dealership staff was really helpful and friendly. I did feel like I had to really push to make sure the car was in great shape before purchasing. Mark let me speak to the lead mechanic and ask any questions. It would be a good idea to show notes from the inspection to all of your pre-owned customers to give them some peace of mind.

Leroi was very helpful when negotiating the purchase. I spoke to him around 3pm and told him I would be back at 5:30 and would be paying cash. He told me it would expedite the process if I also emailed him proof of my insurance and a copy of my drivers license, which I did. He also made sure the car was cleaned and had gas in order to make the process move quickly upon my return. When I arrived at the dealership Roy was working with another customer and I was told I would have to wait. I waited for about 45 minutes and then he began processing my transaction. Once Roy was finished he was unable to find a finance person to complete the warranty part of the process. I am baffled as to why he had to go look for the finance manager when I was the only customer at the dealership. In total it took nearly 3 hours to complete paperwork. This is unacceptable and is why I rarely purchase a used car from a dealership.

Alex gave me great service. There weren't as many options (for Tiguans) as I would've expected. (Only 2-on the entire lot-to choose from). But I guess it's in high demand. And I do wish there was a way to streamline the process. It just doesn't seem like it should take 3 hours from the time I arrive-to walk out with a new car. But again-Alex was great. I really enjoyed working with him.
