Beginning to end, Jim Ellis VW Service writer, Scott Croston makes sure you are taken care of with all your service needs. Always follows up to let you know what is needed for service and when your car is ready. Daughter's Jetta was due for an oil change and found a transmission leak that would have been costly if not repaired. Dealership service was busy and they every item fixed by the end of the day. Amazing service.
