The overall service was satifactory. I had a scheduled appointment for 8:30 a.m. and was seen close to my appointment time. There was three service advisors who were busy, so the wait time was about ten minutes. Since it was my first time coming in for service, it would have been nice to have signage or instructions on how the process worked. I came in before another customer, but some how they were provided service before I was.
