This is my 4th time visiting for something engine related in less than 6 months. The manager was rude and condescending. My next step is a letter detailing my experience to volkswagon of America. The customer service is terrible. I feel like I'm constantly being taken advantage of

Upon my arrival I was a bit miffed!I called earlier (A.M.) setting up my appointment. Initially, they were not able to find it. It took a while to find it in the system. I will say that the young lady that helped me secure my appointment( via texting), was excellent! It was truly a good experience. Moving forward when I returned (the next day), the two gentlemen were very cordial. I'm still a little perplexed about the price. Perhaps they were correct, but I told them what I was quoted, and they seemed confused. It left me puzzled and feeling unsure about the amount of the pymt.( I had my coupons from your web site in tow). I don't think anyone would have liked that experience. I do however, think that the young lady was correct for, she was a pleasure to communicate with. P.S. The young men that greet you upon your arrival are awesome individuals.

Good customer service, not the best experience as far as the actual car service goes. While the staff themselves were available to me I feel as if the technicians tried all the "easy fixes" to fix my trunk sensor (which didn't work) before doing the more involved work. I understand why but at the same time, I had already told Leo that the trunk latch had previously been replaced and it didn't fix the problem. That step should have been skipped altogether and a more in depth approach should have been taken. My car was in the shop for about a month, with me bringing it back and forth I think a total of five times in that time frame. Completely excessive and made me question the quality of the technicians as well as made me feel like they were lazy with my vehicle. I don't know if I will be returning to this location in the future.
