The dealership is fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone but for the problems that Volkswagon international is having with the emissions issue and their lack of prompt resolution.

Even going there with an appointment, the waiting time was too long. I understand all the tests that they do to the car, but more than 3 hours for an oil and filter change, and to change two other fluids, it makes that for going there you have to ask off from work for a whole morning or evening. I'm sure that there are ways to make this more rationale and efficient. Thanks

Friendly team. Service seems to have been to a good quality. My service took longer than expected so, a little more proactive communications on the status would have been helpful.
