I always have a great experience with Scott at service. Driving past Nalley VW an extra 10 miles to get to Jim Ellis VW is a no brainer for me - much better customer service.

Bully Pappas, the pre owned salesman, was good. He listened to us and did not use high pressure sales tactics which would have been a deal breaker. Ashton, in the finance department, was very unpleasant. We had our financing in order with another institution so he tried various methods to get us to purchase unnecessary service plans. He did not want to take no for an answer which created a very unpleasant experience. In the end I had to speak with the manager on duty about how unpleasant our experience had become. Although Billy Pappas was fine, I wouldn't recommend Jim Ellis or use the dealership again. 2012 Jetta Sportwagen TDI

Alex Sosnovsky is an excellent sales consultant -- professional, knowledgeable, patient, funny and customer focused. I bought a VW golf that took 5 months from order to delivery and Alex quickly tracked progress ever time we called and was candid about time expectation. I would definitely recommend Alex to anybody I know who's looking for a car -- and has lots of questions!!

Rich was amazing and helpful. I had been having a rough day and the Jim Ellis experience made my day better. Everyone was completely Professional and outstanding in customer service. Will never go anywhere else as long as I'm living in GA.

I am not sure if this is for the service or sales visit. I just leased my second Jetta. The sales woman, Jane, was very helpful, very nice and pleasant. She worked hard to get this lease approved and finished. The Manager, Mike Kirouac, was not nice, came in, told me that they would honor the deal my husband negotiated, but it was an ugly deal and clearly he was irritated. I don't think it was helpful that he decided to take his irritation out on me. I returned because an engine light came on this past week, the girl who set up the appointment, gave me the earliest appt. she could, tried to be helpful. The service person was very pleasant, however, I had to wait over 2 hours for an engine light, that had no problem, in the end, they said it was probably (probably) a loose gas cap, and they really didn't know.
