Phil my favorite salesman in the world lent me the new Passat and meanwhile got me in with Leo who was also great to do the airbag recall. Desiree was awesome on pickup of car, stayed with me, got paperwork and hand delivered keys! Great attitude, very sweet, an asset to your organization!

Overall I was impressed with the service personnel and the communication throughout the process. However, I was disappointed by the quality of the car wash I received, or even if my car was washed at all. I know that is not the reason for taking your car to get a service, but it does add a nice touch to the overall process.

I lease two cars with Jim Ellis Volkswagen and would always start looking there, they are great friendly people always willing to help with any thing very knowledgeable with great customer care. Overall a great experience.
