Mr. Luna expertise, patience, and understanding made my purchase of the WV Jetta a pleasurable experience. His actions and patience to assist my needs and issues were superbly handled in a professional and diligent manner. Joe Luna welcomed my family when I visited the dealership to include a various phone calls and emails. Joe went beyond my expectations when he called me on his day off from work to inquire my need and wants. As so, I appreciate Joe for his assistance, he also provided assistance to my nephew as he (my nephew) is also seeking and VW vehicle. Scott and his team gave us excellent service, and went above and beyond to not only solve the immediate problem (moldy carpets from a roof leak already fixed at another dealership) but conditioning the seals, replacing the clock spring, and getting rid of an annoying squeaking sound that we didn't even mention. We are so happy.
