Great experience overall, but I do have a couple of suggestions to make the experience even better. First, you need to fix the error in your Vehicle Information Bulletin. Second, the Jim Ellis staff who wash customers' cars need to remove any grease inside the vehicle left by the mechanic. My car was delivered with grease on the seat, dash and door interior.
