The service people were very kind. The car clean up took too long at the end, was another one hour wait after the service was complete - probably some opportunity to get better timing between the service and the clean up processes. Thank you!

Experience was excellent. Dropped in to see if I could get a battery replaced on my 1999 Passat Wagon,, and they took care of it on the spot. My quibble is not with Jim Ellis but with the parent company. I am waiting to see how they propose fixing my 2009 Jetta TDI.

Scott Cranston is always a pleasure to work with also the other staff members. I could go to another dealership closer to me but I would rather go to Jim Ellis where I'm guaranteed excellent customer service.

I was very pleased with all aspects of my recent Jetta service appointment. My service writer Scott Croston did a great job. I actually told my wife and brother that same day about what great service I had received. Thank you. James Kane
