I came in for my first oil change on my GTI. The staff was professional and the service was completed 20 minutes earlier than the estimated time. I was very satisfied with my overall experience.

Service to check out emergency brake sticking on my TDI. Activated the goodwill card. Staff was, as usual, attentive, present and kind.

I purchased a 2011 Jetta SE in November of 2013. Every step of the way with purchase, maintenance, and asking about issues has been a wonderful experience. I'm always in and out much faster than expected, and I love the complimentary loaner car when the service takes longer than 4 hours. The advisors always answer all my questions, no matter how obvious they may seem. This time, I was two hours early to avoid the weather, and I was in and out in 30 minutes!

The service department is outstanding. Everyone there understands what excellent costumer service is. My Jetta tdi was serviced within the time frame given and all my questions were answered with very good explanations. Then I got to experience your sales department. My sales rep was outstanding. I spent close to 7 hours at the dealership that day. The only reason I'm not giving a 10 was my somewhat intimidating and rude experience with the finance manager. I'm very satisfied the service on my Beetle Classic 2015. I was worried if there was a nail or something on one of my tires since its tire pressure was low. It was almost the COB that day, but the staff was still very hearty and helpful, and did the service immediately the next morning.

As always...great customer service!

20k service was done in a reasonable amount of time, but the car was not cleaned well at all when it came back, on the inside or the outside. $5 drive-through car washes give better results.

Scott was very helpful in discussing my service options. I give him an A for the total experience that i had with my 2012 VW CC.
