I ended up leasing a 2016 Jetta, thanks to Phil. I wasn't planning on a leasing a new car that day (I was looking at buying a 2013 model), but Phil was so helpful and gave me such a great deal, I couldn't say no!

Your facility allowed me the opportunity to set an appointment on line and that is a true convenience. When I arrived , I was greeted warmly in the drive through to the service desk and was attended to almost immediately by the service advisor. I explained the issue I had with my 2010 Jetta and was then invited to relax in the nicely appointed waiting area. A short while later, my service advisor explained what work was completed , that the technician had repaired the issue, double checked under several conditions , and cleared my car of issue. I was back in my car and on the way to my office. Very convenient , knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. It would be hard to imagine planning service or purchases elsewhere.

Everything went smoothly.

Excellent customer service from people at the front desk to the Supervisor to the shuttle drivers (a shuttle? Yay!) - toward me and everyone else who walked through the door.

I now live even further from the Jim Ellis VW Atlanta location but still travel in for service on my 2007 Jetta. Why? Simply put, it's the awesome customer service that Scott C. has always given. His professional, knowledgeable and helpful attitude is outstanding. I can not recommend Scott and the entire service highly enough!
