If only every service associate was like Leo and every manager like Mr. Tom Mann (1) pleasant to speak with (2) extremely reliable and attentive (3) high work ethic and courtesy!! Simply the best! I was very hesitate to come back since Tony moved to another dealership, and bad experience with Josh I thought no one left whom I can trust my car with. I was glad to be wrong!

As usual the service on my Tiguan was excellent. Scott Croston,my Service Consultant,always exceeds my expectations. He is thorough, patient and attentive to all my concerns, He goes out of his way to make sure I feel comfortable and informed regarding the work that was performed. It doesn't get any better than this!! Everyone on the staff is always courteous and helpful.

Excellent service from the moment I walked in the door. I recently purchased a pre-owned Volkswagon from another dealership. We brought it to Jim Ellis for its first service. The service person was friendly, helpful, and cheerful. The wait time was appropriate and comfortable. I was well informed and well pleased with my service experience. I was happy to receive a rental car while repairs were made to my car. My experience made me more likely to visit in the future if I have a need for a new vehicle.

Service was quick and friendly. I was happy that the service technician didn't try to talk me into unneeded repairs. The last VW dealer I had service with tried to tell me I needed tires when the ones on my car had 11,000 miles on them.
