Brought 2012 Jetta in for service for check engine light on VW certified used car. Was charged $50 for service, which I was surprised about since we purchased a VW certified car and had owned it for a little more than 4 months. Not a Jim Ellis issue. This "feature" of a VW certified warranty wasn't mentioned when we purchased the car from Kuhn VW in Marietta. Car was service and returned detailed in the same day. Joshua was very courteous and helpful throughout. Unfortunately, less than 2 days later check engine light came back on. Brought it back to Jim Ellis VW and the car was serviced and repaired free of charge this time...only cost was my time to bring it back to the dealership. Overall, happy with the service provided by Joshua and the Jim Ellis VW service team.

I have a great experience at the Jim Ellis VW dealership. My sale person, Kenny, was great. HE was very helpful and attentive when I went in to buy. I had to go in for a service last week and everyone was very helpful.
