Service was fine, the length of time was longer than promised or expected. Everyone was very courteous.

We are extremely happy and satisfied with the service we received at Jim Ellis. We brought in our car ( A Jetta TDI, 2013) during the holiday season, but the Mr. Leo Levya, the service advisor took care to see that we get the best service at the earliest. A thorough inspection was done and based on the report, all necessary repairs were done within a day at no charge to us. I highly recommend Jim Ellis to all VW owners in and around Atlanta for being so professional and efficient at their job.

I used to get a list of the inspection that has been done. I never receive that paperwork here.

The staff was very help, and fast in getting my issue handled. Leo is awesome!
