efficient and helpful. the service was done quickly. excellent experience. adjustment was made due to me owning a service package.

I came in at around 9-9:30am for an oil change and was told it would not be too long. They initially said it would be an hour or so. I ended up leaving with my car at 12:30 pm. I was in a hurry and had to leave and was unable to get my car washed. Now I did have a recall that was fixed but I was informed that problem would only take 30-45 mins. My car wasn't ready for 2 hours after I was told it was going to take 30-45 minutes and that was after I had already waited an hour and a half. If I did not come to check what was taking so long, it seems that they did not have any intention on telling me that I had a recall that needed to be fixed and it was going to take longer. I was also told I couldn't make appointments for an oil change for Saturday's over the phone but when I got there they told me that I could have. The workers were polite and courteous but the service was poor.

Scott who helped me at checking in my car was really helpful, but all my inquiries before that concerning the estimate price, ordering my car's part and them following up was really poor. They did not call me when the part was arrived to the shop, I called them and followed up. It looks like the people assisting costumers on online chat on website are different crew than the actual team in the store, many times on online chat I was referred to a department expecting a call back and nobody called me. There was a lot of suspension; especially in my scenario (My car was broken in) things were already stressful and their confusion and inaccessibility didn't help.

Great work but the car wash was weak an my car was still dirty an I sit their 2 hours smh
