Of course, I forgot the name of the guy that helped me. Whatever his name was (he was working at the computer closest to the door), he was delightful. I told him all the things I wanted (which I may or may not have needed) and he did only the things that my car needed. Also that text me when my car is ready thing - that's cool.

I recently had such a wonderful experience with Rose in the service department at Jim Ellis VW. I loved how she communicated via text and calling me. She had a loaner ready for me when my car was being serviced and I never had to wait. This was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had with VW. I have had jettas for over 10 years- my current 3 year lease is up in November and I was unsure if I was going to lease another one. Because of my recent experience with Rose, I am hopefully driving a new jetta out of Jim Ellis this week!

Great customer service.... but car magnets got lost in the wash. Next day after service my engine light came on so need to bring car back in.
