I purchased a 2017 golf gti from Jim Ellis, I traveled over 300 miles to find the model at the price I wanted to spend. Everyone was very helpful and there were no surprises with the price. Everything went smoothly and the experience was a good one.

Awful experience I will never buy a card here again. I was buying a VW Jetta 2016 for my daughter. Was kept at the dealership for 2 hours with no communications thinking that everything is okay with my financing situation and was told after all that waiting that I would have to pay cash and lose all of the incentives. After walking out was called back and was given better terms. Then we get the car salesman gave us no instructions on how anything works. Bluetooth did not work and one of the keys battery was dead, Was told to go to service to have these things corrected, service could not help us because they were to busy. So my daughter has to bring her new car(new to her) on Thursday for further help. Just over all a terrible experience.

I made an appt for my 10k mile service. One thing was wrong with the vehicle, and they did not have the part on hand to fix it. Rose said she would call as soon as it came in, which she did, and they made an appt for me immediately. All work was under warranty, so it was painless. Will come back, but will reserve final judgment on their service until car is no longer under warranty.
