Leo was great and he has been in the past. He is very nice and helpful and detailed in his explanation on what is going on. He is also very good at coming in to check on me while I wait to keep me posted on how long it might be. Your waiting room is the best and I never mind staying and waiting for my car. The only thing this time, however, was it took way too long for the 20K mile service. I was there for 3 hours because something happened with my gear shift while I was there. It was not Leo's fault and who knows what happened but other than that, it was a good experience. My husband now owns a car with another dealership and misses Jim Ellis so much, he hates to go in for service because they are not very good and nothing like Jim Ellis.

Large selection of colors, trim levels and configurations. Our superb saleslady, Jane, demonstrated exceptional knowledge of every question we had. Michael, the finance manager, pleasantly explained in details all documents we signed. Most of all, the website prices are the lowest we could find around Atlanta and the doc fees are already included (also one of the lowest doc fee). We chose what we wanted, at substantial savings; they exceed our expectations. Thank you.

Service took a little longer than I anticipated but received a nice complimentary car wash that I appreciated. All services performed were explained along with recommendations for further upkeep.
