I always have a positive experience with Jim Ellis. on 6/21/17 I picked up my 2013 Passat from the Jim Ellis Collision Center from Larry and Ryan, both of whom have been very helpful and made the entire process of dealing with 3 insurance companies (for body damage due to 4 accidents) stress free! Next was the dealership where I met with Phil Coleman to finish up the last few details he needed to add to my online finance application. Shortly Mike Martucci sat me down to finalize the paperwork for buying out my Passat lease and rolling it into a purchase loan. Mike went over all my finance options and I know that I got the best options for my budget. Jim Ellis is the only place my family buys our cars. The staff is always helpful and always transparent with the information provided for repairs or sales. That makes the biggest difference to me.

Arrived at the dealership and Brian Bolton quickly introduced himself, asked me if I needed anything and then introduced me to the people we'd be working with. He was very professional and polite! He made the process go by quickly and I was in and out very quickly. I highly recommend working with Brian and look forward to a continued relationship with the Jim Ellis team. They area fantastic group of people!

Rose was very careful to explain everything to us before we left the car. She called when she said she would. We were greeted so well when we came to get the car. The work was done quickly. We were pleased to hear our car is in good shape. Scott greeted us. The cashier was also very nice.
